We visited and were.politley greeted on entrance and left to look around for a while om our own time. It was suggested to use the sleep station, which at the time we declined and just asked for time to Continue browsing we then. Later user the sleep station and then the assistant Niyah think her name was showed us the mattresses that came up after trying out we decided on a clear head we need to check measurement and outlr plans at home. As we had been there for well over an hour. We then returned a few hours later dealt with he ame assistance who was a credit to your business. Knowledgeable and polite throughout. So thanks again for your help. Yet to Recieve the item but I'm sure all will work out fine.

Ian (staff member at store) was really friendly and nice. It was so easy to just browse the store and ask him questions when we needed too. Ian made buying the bed simple and easy. He explained everything and we left the store with all pur questions/queries answered.

Very attentive service from both Jerome and Anil. They listened carefully to our requirements with no pressure to upsell. We changed our minds on colour and style but it was dealt with easily with no fuss.

When we went into your Dreams store in Leicester, it was a very welcoming store and all the store assistants were polite and helpful. Steve was fantastic who helped us understand our needs and was very patient while we tried to make our choice of mattress that we were looking for. Steve is such a lovely polite gentleman and we were able to choose our mattress without feeling pressured into making a quick decision and feeling rushed. Amazing experience and would highly recommend this store and especially Steve who was outstanding. Great customer service from all the assistants at your Leicester store but an extra thank you to Steve. We look forward to having our mattress delivered and enjoy the comfort of a new mattress.

The staff were all polite and knowledgeable, the store was kept very clean with constant cleaning of the items we were trying.
