Steve was very helpful, took time to understand my needs and didn’t mind that I tried the mattresses a few times to ensure I was happy before buying. He even made us coffee! Nirali who attended to us during our time in store took the time to understand our needs, and provided great recommendations which resulted in us happily spending more than we initially had in mind. Not through pushiness, but by showing us the options that would ultimately be best for us.
