From the moment we arrived we felt at ease! we were met by the friendly Jerome, having never purchased a bed or mattress before he explained absolutely everything we needed to know! He made sure that everything was wiped down after we used it and took the time it needed to make things covid secure! When it came time to purchasing the bed, he made it as simple as possible, nothing was complicated!

Kaye was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We went in for specific mattresses we had seen online. But with her support and advice we ended buying another mattress that was far more suitable for our needs. Very good customer service
