I was highly impressed and pleased with my visit to the Dreams store in Leicester for a number of reasons. Their hygiene and cleanliness was of a high standard and there were hand sanitisers as well as disposable gloves at the entrance for all to use. Also the staff were handing out coverings to customers before allowing them to try out the mattresses and pillows. They also had bottled water near the entrance for customers which I think was quite courteous and welcoming. We were served by young lady, Nirali who assisted us in finding the product of our choice. Not only was she very polite and helpful but she had good knowledge of their products too. What was really impressive is that she, her colleague Stanley and the Store Manager Steve made sure we were happy and content with our purchase before we left. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Dreams as not only do they offer a good variety and quality of products but their customer service is second to none! Ian, was very knowledgeable, he didn't pressure us and answered all our question, he talked as though he was going to buy the mattress for himself which gave us the reassurance that he knew everything about all the beds and mattresses. We were offered water and he guided us to the different softness feels of the mattresses. We are glad that we visited Dreams and ordered from you and looking forward to receiving the mattress. We have started to talk about redecorating our bedroom, to fit in with our new bed. I have now got sanding painting to do; can wait for it to arrive. Thank you.
