Ian, was very knowledgeable, he didn't pressure us and answered all our question, he talked as though he was going to buy the mattress for himself which gave us the reassurance that he knew everything about all the beds and mattresses. We were offered water and he guided us to the different softness feels of the mattresses. We are glad that we visited Dreams and ordered from you and looking forward to receiving the mattress. We have started to talk about redecorating our bedroom, to fit in with our new bed. I have now got sanding painting to do; can wait for it to arrive. Thank you.
