We were looked after and assisted from the moment we arrived. Ian, the staff member was courteous and friendly, listening to our needs and requirements. He was attentive but not pushy, and directed us to products that suited us. The selection of mattresses within the store was good, giving us plenty of choice. Despite me taking a long time to choose Ian did not rush me to make a decision, so I praise his patience!
