I was highly satisfied as I had help throughout my visit and my needs where truly understood and observed with testing while picking a mattress. I also had a budget which the shop assistant stuck to and wasn't pushy for a higher sale. My delivery date wasn't too long either and I had a freebie. While paying i had choices of easier payment.

We were the only customers in the shop so had 1 to 1 service. All of the Covid requirements were adhered to so felt safe. Able to try several mattresses to decide which one we wanted.

Nice staff.they were not pushy.just ket you look round yourself but very helpful.
