First time ever to dreams it was amazing . I went on the mattress machine which helped picked the right mattress for me and my husband I’m stuffing with a back problem at the moment but the new mattress was so comfortable can’t wait to get it. The shop it’s self was spotless and well set out with a great choice of beds and extra,s Covid 19 protection was set in place and as I work for the NHS I was very impressed. The lady who served us Kay was so friendly and had expert knowledge of all the beds she found us the perfect package and her colleague Stanley was very helpful too very good team work. I can’t remember the last time I had service like this well done and a big thanks to Kay and Stanley and of coarse Dreams but I would like to take this opportunity to say what a credit your staff are to you. Nirali was very friendly, kind, professional and helpful. unfortunately one bed on display was no longer available to order and was put on To Be Continued list, besides that we were very happy with the help and service offered would be nice if NHS staff can use blue light discount or get discount available.
