We happened to stop by just to browse some mattresses. Steven greeted us promptly and advised that due to the current situation we can visit by appointment only but was kind enough to allow us in for a quick browse. Turned out we managed to find a great mattress for our kids bedroom, and we decided to buy a bunk bed as well. Steven answered all our questions and went above and beyond and we were very pleased with the service received.

I was very impressed with how the team at dreams managed social distancing. I made my purchase at the Leicester branch , which is not readily open unless by appointment due to local lockdown. I was met at the door and made to feel welcome . They made every effort to guide me to choose the best mattress for me. Using the mattress testing equipment was really useful, I have never had to buy a mattress before so the prospect of not know what I'd need was intimidating, this made it much easier for me. All round very impressed
