Greeted by name on arrival. Hand sanitiser ready in doorway for use plus PPE available if wanted. Shop assistants highly knowledgeable and listened to wants. Excellent at keeping social distancing measures and explaining safety measures. Could see cleaning happening. Very friendly.

We went to shop early on this year as need it new bed and mattress but didn't place order, what a shame as it was just before all this covid pandemic. So finally we had chance go this week and look around for new bed frame as for mattress, as soon we step in the shop the staff offer us gloves and water, everything was marked down and hand sanitiser was placed in the shop, felt really safe to be there.. We was served by Ian, really nice and helpful guy who helped us to choose right mattress and put our order through.. Also so chuffed to get free mattress protector and 4 new pillows. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Staff was very friendly. I get all information about product. Also I could check firmnness of the mattress . Your colleague was very patient when we need to try other mattresses. Only delivery time wasn't good. First available slot was in four weeks time on the day I going on holiday. Finally I end up waiting for mattres almost 8 weeks.
