My Dad has just died and Mum needed a new bed for her to go forward. Stanley served us. He was lovely he said he had been through simula circumstances with a family member. Stanley came over to help as soon as we walked into the store. He was very friendly and helpful but not too overpowering. He listened to what we wanted and the showed us some examples, he didn’t mind that we were going between models upstairs and downstairs and jus5 was great!

The service in the store was fantastic and the staff were polite and very helpful.
