Me and my Partner have recently moved from Derby and had wanted to get some new furniture. We we curious about a new bed and decided to have a look through Dreams. We were instantaneously welcomed with a smile and were given help and freedom to explore as we liked. What really got us was our server Kaye, she spoke to us like friends and made us very comfortable as she showed us the range. She then amazed us with the electronic bed in which the analysis found our perfect options. Kaye then directed us to the options you had in store that was within our price range. We were on the fence but was really swayed by Kaye and made us go for it!

We had purchased a bed from another company only six months ago, and had struggled to settle in with our bed. We can't sleep in it comfortably, or turn over. We found Jerome very knowledgeable. He had plenty of time for us, and seemed to understand why. He put us on the computerised bed, which accessed our needs and suggested the most suitable beds for us. So we ordered a sprungbed, and feel confident that this time we have made the correct choice, with Jerome's help.

Stanley was extremely polite as well as helpful with everything. Talked me through all the different mattresses and beds and his customer service really and truly added value to my purchase. Would definitely come back to this store and would recommend friends and family to have Stan assist them with anything. Can't stress enough how helpful he was.

The staff member who helped us spent a long time talking through options. He did not make us feel rushed. Very knowledgeable and assisted in finding a new mattress for myself and my husband which we hadn’t planned on getting. We purchased a new bed for my son and will be returning in the next few weeks to treat ourselves to an expensive new mattress

Stanley was very helpful. Made us a hot drink. Bed matched us with the smart match. He was very forthcoming.

Steve was extremely helpful; he approached us as we entered the store and asked if he could help, he took us through the machine to match our needs then took us to each recommended bed and described the key features, he also offered us a hot drink. He then gave us time to go back to the beds until we had decided
