Staff member Ms Nirali went out of her way to explain the differences between the mattresses and also showed very good hospitality by providing hot drinks to us all. You have a very good catch by employing her. The use of modern technology to guide us through the mattress made choosing easier.

Helpful staff

Anil, the salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and spent as much time as we needed with us. He used the "Mattress machine" to determine the best mattress for us. We were given plenty of time and freedom to test a number of products including pillows and were offered refreshments several times during our time in the store. Anil was courteous and professional in the way he dealt with our order and delivery date. In summary he made the whole process a pleasant experience.

SAMUEL who dealt with my order was excellent. He offered tea and coffee, explained fully about the different mattresses. He was extremely knowledgeable and dealt with everything wonderfully.

We found the service at the Leicester store faultless. They were all so very helpful and went above and beyond to assure you were given every option available so you could make your decision. They all had extremely good knowledge on their products and wanted you to be satisfied with the products you were purchasing. We were there for quite some time and not once did we feel pressurised to come to a decision. We were also offered several drinks !
