Very helpful and friendly staff and their willing to listen to your needs and wishes.

We were given plenty of time to try out the different mattresses. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. The sleep testing machine was very helpful in reducing the number of possible options.

Luke in Carmarthen Wales was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and gave us lots of assistance and time

Easy layout of store, very friendly and positive staff available to help guide me. I knew what I wanted and the sales guy helped direct me to the options available to view and try out.

Lee was very professional and very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. He listened to our needs and gave us great advise. But what I like the most is he was not pushy like some sales reps. He listened, advised and stood back and waited even advising to try the different products go away think about it and then come back which we did and was so glad Lee was working on the day we returned. He is definitely and assist to your company.

It was mainly because of Amy i bought the bed straight away, she was exceptionally good.The base and mattress are of good quality.

Kelly our assistant was amazing. She was prompt to greet us - and was very friendly (but professional) in her welcome/approach. She offered us water and coffee and tea which was great. She invited us to try the "sleep match machine" to help determine our sleep profile and map our personal sleeping needs - which was quite therapeutic also!!. This was not only interesting but really helpful to know that our choice of bed was not based on a random guess, but based on science and theory. Also both of our sleep needs were accommodated in the process which was excellent. Pillow options were also offered and this too was great as again as this was based on our individual needs/preferences - which we bought two of. Cannot commend the Carmarthen store enough as it was so easy from being to end of the process. Well done and thanks Kelly and all the team for making our Saturday morning bed and pillow buys so easy, scientific, therapeutic and reassuring. Very friendly yet professional team.

I'm quite picky when choosing a bed. The staff member, Lee assisted me with all my needs, right down to the choice of casters I like. I told him what I want and he chose the right bed for me. Which I like. I hate having to work it all out. Lee did it all. I'm very happy 😀
