Your in store colleague was your greatest asset. He discussed our needs with us and made helpful suggestions. As we have moved into a new home without furniture fast delivery is essential to us. He tried everything he could to hasten the delivery even to the extent of doing a little "mix and match". Not only would I visit Dreams again but I would wait to be served by the same assistant.

Kelly was very attentive and knowledgeable also very friendly as were the other staff the coffee was a nice touch. The delivery time of a month is a bit disappointing but overall a good experience will definitely shop there again

We were assisted by Luke, who provided a friendly, professional and knowledgable service. He took the time to listen to what we needed, used the sleepmatch system to find the best options for us and talked us through each one.

We were offered the opportunity to try the mattress test machine and our specific needs were listened to and acted on. Specific mattresses were chosen for us and the assistant understood that we had a certain budget so helped us to find the best deal for what we could afford. We weren't pressured and the assistant was helpful, practical advice was given to us around the right bed base.

The member of staff who welcomed me to the store was friendly and knowledgable. He showed me the beds I was interested in and gave me plenty of time to decide and choose which bed I wanted.

We had very friendly and helpful store assistant who took us around the store and talked to us about the different types of mattresses that we would have he kept coming back to check we were OK and if we needed any further assistance he look is to try the sleep match bed out to see what mattress would suit us best once we did that he took us to try 4 different ones out and went through all the different prices he offered us a bottle of water while we were walking around the store once we had chosen the mattres and bed we liked he put our order through and did a good deal we had a free mattres protector
