We were highly satisfied with our experience at the Dreams store in Carmarthen as the staff were very friendly and helpful and welcomed us into the store. The fact that Lee recognised us from a previous visit to the store and remembered the actual mattress that we previously viewed was great.

Very helpful and good at his job didn't have to wait to long for service good in explaining about different beds and mattress, had plenty of time for us.

Had a go on the the test bed which directed me to a suitable mattress for my sleeping requirements. Was offered a drink of water while I was looking around. Was given free pillows and a mattress protector. Staff who served me were very jolly.

We knew what we wanted as we'd previously bought a Tempur mattress from the Carmarthen store. Dan was very helpful, giving us plenty of time to try out different types, making sure we were satisfied with our choice. His advice on bed bases and headboards was invaluable because we didn't have a clue. His explanation made it easy for us to choose the correct ones for us. The delivery times worked out perfectly for our new extension, and we're really looking forward to seeing it in our new bedroom. There was no fuss and no sales pushiness. We were in and out of the store within an hour. Thank you Dan.

The assistant in store took plenty of time to let us try all the relevant beds and she seemed to have a good knowledge of the products. She was friendly and efficient. When we returned to the shop to place our order the other two assistants were equally friendly, helpful and efficient.

Excellent service from the moment we entered the store, Lee came over to us as we were looking around and we explained that we were looking for a double mattress, Lee then asked us to lay down on a bed a put ourselves in the position we normally sleep and then he pressed some buttons and the bed moved slightly behind our neck shoulders and lower back, it was amazing and then it gave a reading of which type of bed would be good for us, there was 3 to choose from and we found that the Tempur sensation elite suited us. While Lee was getting our payment ready he offered us a bottle of water each, Lee was very friendly and helpful through out our visit, we will certainly recommend to buy in Dreams.
