It provided what we needed.

We visited a couple of times before going ahead the mattress and pillows. The staff were brilliant from start to finish. Lovely people with Greta knowledge. We even had a deal of 20% of the mattress we purchased. Brilliant store in Carmarthen. Will use again and recommend to family and friends. We dealt with Kelly and she brilliant. I’m very picky with sales people but she was fantastic.

we were satisfied at being in safe hands when it comes to understanding the science to a good night's sleep , which is something we don't really think about and having the right mattress for us is important and makes sense ( thank you ) :)

The knowledge of the sales assistant, his friendly manner and the lack of pressure to by a specific mattress. My husband and I were impressed with the sales assistant Lee in the Carmarthen store. He was friendly and helpful and gave us time to consider which mattress to purchase.

We visited the Carmarthen branch of Dreams on Sunday. The assistant we had couldn’t have been better. He was on hand for help when needed but also left us to browse comfortably. As we needed the mattress before the end of the month he went over and above to find availability for us. We left feeling stress free and happy with the service and will definitely return in the future. Thank you Dan.
