Came to Carmarthen store to look at beds.Greeted by Lee and shown different options very easy to understand different types and to match our needs.Ordered and awaiting delevery,satisfied so far with Dream team.

Lee at your Carmarthen store was very helpful. Product knowledge was very good. We were shown and tried various options of mattresses and he was extremely helpful and I never felt under pressure to make a decision. The paperwork and finance were all sorted very quickly without any stress. The only thing I have noticed is that my name has been spelt incorrectly. Its Wakely not Walely. 😁

Kelly who guided myself and my auntie through the process of choosing our new mattresses was outstanding. Her knowledge and friendliness made it a pleasurable experience. She measured the perfect mattresses for us by scanning us on Dreams Sleep Match machine. This made the whole process of finding the perfect mattress a lot less hassle by recommending the top 3 mattresses for the way you sleep. Kelly couldn’t have been more helpful and even offered us refreshment as well as complimentary pillows to use whilst testing the mattresses which was a nice touch. Thanks for all your help and will definitely recommend Dreams Carmarthen to any of my friends looking for a new mattress. Diolch.

Kelly, the store assistant was helpful from the start. Not pushy at all. Showed us the most appropriate beds and gave the information about the beds. We used the bed machine first. We were offered water which was kind. Happy with our purchase, the time it will take to arrive and the service.

The person i spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to the product i was buying.
