WE were made to feel welcome as soon as we went into the store. The team were really helpful when I appeared with plans of the bedroom measurements and were able to work out how much space I would have available once I had twin beds in the room. All the team were really helpful and worked well together.

I have had problems finding the ideal mattress and was recommended to Dreams due to the excellence of service and assistance ( been through 3 new mattresses this year from elsewhere). Lee, who assisted me, was amazing and patient, he helped me chose a mattress suitable for my health issues and was extremely helpful. I am hoping this will be my dream mattress.

We were acknowledged as soon as got into the store & asked if we wanted to browse or to ask if we needed help. When we were ready for help Kelly was very helpful & friendly & made an expensive purchase much easier.

The cleanliness of the store was brilliant and the staff member (Lee) who took care of us was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, I didn’t feel pressured into buying at all which makes a change when shopping.
