Lee was fantastic. Within minutes he came over and greeted us, and was so helpful throughout the whole sale. Lee was very knowledgeable and was honest throughout. Not once did I feel pressured into making a purchase, so when I did, I knew I’d make the right choice.

Top class service between Jenny & Luke (Manager) - don’t lose him ! - Jenny was relatively new but quickly recognised our obscure needs ((holiday cottage rentals) & simply, slipped us into the path of the Manager. - She maintained a watching brief & we are sure that she benefited from her diligent - watching & listening experience. We thought that the days outing was going to be irksome but found that the whole experience was, in fact, a pleasure. Only put down - The shop frontage needs a facelift !

The personalised assessment for an appropriate mattress was a new and interesting experience. There was a good choice and we were given ample time to 'test' mattresses, and given pillows. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We were able to make our purchase and delivery arrangements easily and everything was carefully explained. Very pleased overall. Thank you

My husband and I visited your Carmarthen branch yesterday to look into purchasing a bed for my young daughter. We were approached by Luke, Store Manager who offered his assistance. Luke’s friendly demeanour made us feel at ease and we were made to feel as if he had plenty of time for us, to discuss our needs and to show what was available to us. He had an in-depth knowledge of the products which made us feel confident in purchasing the bed frame and mattress immediately, without the need to shop around. Many thanks for the excellent service and the kind, friendly manner in which you dealt with us and a busy two year old.

I can Highly recommend Lee, we have been in on two occasions we have been into the shop. The first time we went in we tried the sleep mattress and it assessed what mattress would be suitable which helped us the second time we went in to purchase a mattress. Lee was very accommodating and spent plenty of time with us.
