I'd had a really bad experience with a staff member at your Llanelli store and no response from the complaint I put in to yoir head office about it, so I was expecting the same from Carmarthen. I was very pleasantly surprised at the great service I received from Lee and how knowledgeable he was about the products.

Great info about the mattresses, not your typical pushy salesman. Gave us plenty of choice and time to decide on the proper mattress for us.

The member of staff was very knowledgable, he recommended many options for us to try and look at and explained everything in great detail
