We visited Dreams in Carmarthen to look to purchase a new mattress. Kelly was very helpful and put us on the sleepmatch machine to see what mattress was suitable for us both. She then showed us the top 3 mattresses for us and we decided on the tempur one, we were also shown the pillows most suited to us which we purchased. I would definitely visit Dreams in Carmarthen again as both Kelly and Lee gave brilliant customer service, I would also recommend them to others. Thank you Kelly, we are looking forward to receiving our new mattress soon.

The store colleague Kelly was excellent. She advised us of all the different types and she was very helpful when my son was in silly teen mode. Can’t fault her. Very professional as well
