Lee was very attentive to us however also gave us enough time to browse thereby not being too intrusive or making us feel pressured. Covid 19 regulations were adhered to. Lee was professional and friendly.

Well laid out store. Very helpful staff but not pushy. Very knowledgable about products and merits of different mattresses. Good selection of wooden beds but would have liked to have seen one other that I had seen online. Covid safeguards good. Enjoyable experience. Even my husband enjoyed!!

The shop felt clean and they had take precautions to aid infection control. There was lots of choice available. The shop assistant, Kelly, was very friendly and helpful and obviously knew her stuff.
