I was greeted politely by Amy and offered water and any information I needed. I told her I was looking for a frame rather than a Cuban. She gave me an overview of what they had to offer and understood that I would like to browse on my own. She stepped back but made sure I was aware that she was available for anything I might need. Amy made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I did not feel any pressure to buy anything particular, but she also had the product knowledge I needed to complete my purchase.

I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store. One of the employees greeted us and asked as few questions regarding the type of mattress that I was looking for and the type of bed I had at home. He asked me about my preferences and suggested I tried the mattress scanner to see what mattress would be most appropriate for my body. This was an enjoyable experience which highlighted the most suitable mattresses for me. I tried a range of suggested mattresses and found the best one for me. I felt relaxed throughout the process at the staff member was friendly and talkative. I would highly recommend dreams store to anyone in the future.

Store manager was friendly,approachable, & very knowledgable, got everything I needed within 10 minutes as I was in a rush & gave me free pillows. It was nice to get good quick service.

The service was excellent! I felt safe, regarding the current Covid conditions and cared for by the staff. Staff were patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to come back and can't wait for the arrival of my new mattress and bed! I would happily recommend Dreams, Carmarthen to all my friends and relations.
