We phoned ahead to make an appointment for the sleep test to find a suitable mattress. Lee was really nice, offered us refreshments, and talked us through the whole process. We did spend far more than we intended (ordered a Tempur mattress) but believe it will be worth the money as it was so comfortable, but especially as it will last far longer than other mattresses. All the staff were lovely when we were completing our purchase.

The gentleman who served us listened to our needs and told us what was on offer. He told us how we could achieve what we needed and found us a bed that was perfect for us both.

Was a bit worried because of covid but set up was great , space , sanitiser, covers etc. Helpful staff put me at ease and gave great advice . Great deal on a mattress, great to have old one taken away too. Didn’t feel rushed , took time and trouble and so feel I made the right choice ...
