I have shopped at Dreams in the past and always had good service - this time was no exception. The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. I used the electronic bed to assess which type of mattress would be suitable - great idea. I was then shown quite a number of mattresses of various types and prices. When I had chosen the one I liked I was given plenty of time to try it out before a final decision. At no time did I feel rushed or under pressure to buy a particular item. Delivery date was 1 week from purchase - 10/10

All products on offer, including displays, appeared to be of a very high quality. The store was very clean and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. I felt valued as a customer. I'm also really please with my new mattress topper, I'm able to sleep more restfully!
