As soon as we walked in the carmarthen branch we were met by a happy bubbly lady. We explained what we were looking for and she knew exactly what we wanted. Her knowledge and speedy service was excellent. Would highly recommend family & friends use dreams.

I was looking for a new bed and mattress for my teenage daughter, she had seen them online, so we went to see them and try out the mattress. The salesman was very helpful and showed us the items we had asked to see. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us decide. The ordering process was very quick and easy.

We were greeted by Luke, who was very friendly and helpful. He had a great deal of knowledge and made us feel very comfortable, by offering water and ensuring our needs were met in respect of what we needed. He was very patient and completely understood what we wanted.

We intended to spend about £350 when we walked in but expected it to be a lump sum. Instead Luke took fantastic care of us and helped us find a selection of mattresses at various price points. We liked one of them so much that we decided it was worth spending almost four times our initial budget (although this was aided massively by the 0% APR offer). We left very happy knowing that we'd found something much better than we'd expected we'd be able to get. The delivery date was later than we would have liked but it didn't put much of a damper on our spirits, particularly given how supportive Luke was.
