Found the body scanning machine very helpful and staff friendly and helpful

I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED AS I WAS LEFT ALONE TO VIEW THE MATTRESSES IN MY OWN TIME AND WHEN NEEDED ASSISTANCE WITH QUESTIONS THEY WERE THERE TO ASK.THE ASSISTANTS WHERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND VERY HELPFUL.THIS IS THE REASON I BOUGHT THE MATTRESS ON THIS DAY AS I WAS ONLY PLANNING ON LOOKING.THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THEY PUT MY NAME AS EDWARD ON THE CONFIRMATION ORDER INSTEAD OF EDWIN, WHICH I DIDNT NOTICE UNTIL I GOT HOME, BUT ITS NOT A PROBLEM AS LONG AS MY DELIVERY ARRIVES ON TIME.

On stepping into the store was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman called Lee, done everything he could to point me and my girlfriend to the ideal mattress for us! Very pleased with all the help, and ultimately ended up buy the desired mattress but also buying a new bed frame as the offer wasn’t to be missed at the price on the day! Great service and price! The people who work there are really friendly and put your needs first rather than offer you the most expensive /cheaper option to make the purchase quicker. I really enjoyed my visit and the fact that they remembered our names even when we came back to make a purchase on the second day! the store was tidy and clean and everyone looked presentable! Although there were technical issues the staff apologised and offered a drink whilst we waited

We were served by Luke. He was really helpful. We were on our way to church this Sunday and had only 20 min to spare. We had to decline tea/coffee offer but we were really pleased how quickly Luke managed to place our order. We had a rough idea what we wanted to buy but we really think that Luke helped us to make better choice. Great thanks to him.
