Great customer service. Wide selection of beds and mattresses.

The assistant was very helpful, we were able to find what we were looking for quickly. We were pleased with the value of the bed as we have been looking for some time and were happy to find what we were looking for as soon as we walked through the door.

Kelly greeted myself and my daughter and took time to chat with with both of us which made the experience stress free as my daughter was happy. Kelly let her try out the children’s beds so my daughter was even happier which meant Kelly and I could chat through my options of beds and mattresses. I didn’t feel any pressure into buying anything and was given plenty of options with regards to beds and mattresses. I would tell my family and friends to ask for Kelly if they were to buy from Dreams in Carmarthen.

Used the sleepmatch machine which gave us a selection of mattresses suited to us, which simplified the process a great deal as we entered the store knowing we needed a mattress but other than that we had no idea! Very impressed with how quickly the mattress is due to be delivered as I was expecting to have a few weeks wait at least.

Was greeted as soon in store...Lee asked if he could help us in any way..were showed different mattresses etc...we were given time alone for us to take our own time testing different mattresses..,did not feel pressured at all ,

From entering the store to leaving everything went very smoothly.Luke the assistant who looked after us was was very knowledgeable and attentive to our requirements.

Luke the salesman was a very friendly seemed knowledgeable man. Did not feel like we were rushed into deciding which bed to buy. Took his time explaining things and showing us the difference between different beds. Very quick in doing the paper work. Store was very clean. Am excited to have my bed delivered.

Luke, our assistant, made us feel very welcome once we entered the store. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After finding our requirements using the Sleep Match system, which was an excellent piece of technology, he showed us around all the suitable mattresses. Excellent service! And after only one night my wife declares the Tempur pillows are worth every penny! Thanks Michael & Sam.
