The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Where the staff member who was specifically helping me wasn't sure of an answer to my questions other staff members gave information without having to be asked separately. The staff were friendly and supportive to one another.

The store manager, Luke, dealt with us and was lovely. He found us a mattress that we loved as well as pillows (which I wasn’t even considering buying when I came in). The whole experience was easy and enjoyable.

Very helpful and clinched the sale by discounting price

The salesman was a true gentlman polite and well mannererd.

I rang ahead because I wanted to make sure there was a mattress on display that I was interested in after lots of searching on the internet. The Camarthen store in a good hour and a half drive from my home. When we arrived later that day I approached a member of staff. He introduced himself as Lee and to my suprise he remembered my call from that morning. He showed me the mattress I was interested in and also other products in the store. I think he could see that I'd already made my mind up so didn't try to pressure sell - something that I've experienced in other shops! He was very efficient gathering the onfo regarding delivery dates. I decided that I wanted to pay with my credit card which I'd left at home. He wrote down relevant info for me and I payed over the phone the next day. Again, Lee remembered who I was and processed my order straight away.

Me and my fiance visited dreams today in the mind set that we would have a look whats available in the sales but probably order something from some were else online. That's until we were warmly greeted by Luke, he was amazing. We explained that we are looking for a mattresses to help with my bad back, we were shown to the incredible bed that scans your body then recommends you a choice of mattresses (we were even offered tea or coffee). After some great advice of luke and trying all of the options, we decided on a mattress, then we thought sod it lets make the most of the 0% finance and get a bed as well. We cant thank luke enough for his help, with out his service and knowledge i feel we would of just brought online and taken a gamble, but so glad we made the trip. Definitely WOULD recommend DREAMS to anyone. Alex and Bianca
