Kelly was very knowledgeable on all the products, from selecting the correct mattress and divan, to the accessories such as pillows and mattress protector. Although we did not have a drink, we were regularly offered tea or coffee. We would certainly want to see Kelly again because she was very friendly and made us feel very relaxed while choosing our new bed. A real credit to your company.

We have bought two beds with you and everything has been excellent , just waiting our headboard as that wasn’t ready for delivery.

we were greeted when first walked in and asked if assistance was required we said we were just browsing the assistant said any questions please ask. After deciding what type of bed we liked the assistant went through the mattress selection and measuring very professionally, once the choices were made all discounts and offers were explained and dealt with very quickly
