The sleep analysis machine was really interesting and useful! Nowhere else we visited offered that service. The results really helped us to pin point the mattress we both loved! We really liked the tempa pillows and Kelly, our sales assistant let us take them round the store with us to test with the mattresses. Kelly was amazing, she greater us as we entered and offered us tea and coffee whilst discussing our needs. She was clear with all the financing options and was able to get us the deal we needed in order to order our dream mattress and bed frame.

Enjoyed the computerised bed at the start of the visit. Plenty of time to browse and try out the beds. Offered tea or coffee on our visit. Extreamly helpful assistant (Dan). Relaxed atmosphere. Not pressurised to buy a mattress.

I was highly satisfied with the service i received at Dreams Carmarthen with Dan. I had no idea whatI was looking for. He recommended I went on the simulator machine to decide on the best mattress. I had sat on all sorts and had no idea what I needed. The machine recommended 3 different mattresses but the top choice was a definite winner. I was also pleased I was able to buy on finance at 0%. Bonus in my eyes!

Lee, the person who assisted me was very welcoming and once I explained my needs, knew exactly what I needed. I asked me to lay on this special bed and the bed took all my measurements. As I explained to Lee, that I was suffering from lower back broblem, he put this into the computer and was all measurements where taken showed me all mattresses that would be suitable for my back. No matter what questions I asked him or money for quality. He gave me very good advice. I was very happy when I walked out of the store, knowing that I made the right choice, with the help of Lee

Staff very pleasant and helpful

The sales assistant didn't bombard me as soon as I entered the store, I was given time to browse before being approached. Luke was polite, helpful, informative and understanding of my requirements. I was offered a coffee and made to feel comfortable and at ease throughout the purchase. I wasnt 'bullied' into purchasing further products or extra warranties (something experienced in other stores which has put me off my purchase) but instead everything was explained clearly and I was given the choice whether to take up these offers or not. All in all, it was a very enjoyable shopping experience and I am very much looking forward to having my mattresses delivered, again very happy with the short waiting time of within a week. Luke was fantastic, thankyou so much.
