The salesman was lovely

Daniel took his time to understand what our requirements were, and how best to deal with our wants. There were no hard sales and we were left alone to decide what best suited us. While we were deciding he made us a cup of coffee and was on hand at any point for further help and advice. The choice we had came to left just two mattress in the running, there was quite a price difference between them and at no point did Daniel try to push us into making decisions towards the more expensive item, which was nice not to be pushed in our decision making. Finally we made our choice and Daniel went through the paperwork like a hot knife through butter. Well happy thank you.

The staff who looked after us was knowledgable regarding the products gave us good advice and listened to our indevidual needs (Lee)

Lee was very helpful and allowed me time to consider my options.

My requirements were quite simple but Kelly (the Dreams assistant who served me) was nevertheless very helpful and understood my needs quickly

Dan the salesman was very thorough explaining about each of the mattresses we looked at and gave us time to make sure it was the correct one for our needs.

I had a warm welcome & the undivided attention of the sales assistant who was knowledgeable & who listened & responded very carefully to my needs . I was given time & space to think through my purchase choice & plenty of opportunity to ask questions . I did not feel pressured to buy & had as much time as I wanted to try out my mattress choice .
