Our needs were understood by the assistant and quickly sorted

We were seen to straight away and lee at Carmarthen store was very helpful, his knowledge and understanding of our needs was excellent and he was very patient as we couldn’t decide which mattress to go for and he didn’t rush us at all, great service.

The assistant was very professional, have me good advice and he promised to ring me back after speaking to his manager and rang me back when he said offering me a brilliant deal. I was very impressed.

Luke was very helpful and listened to what I wanted

We liked the sleep machine so as to know which mattress to choose, otherwise we wouldn’t have known where to start. The assistants were friendly and helpful and the bed and mattress were delivered relatively quickly, although there weren’t many dates to choose from.

Assistant very helpful and not at all pushy in getting a sale let us have time to consider our needs and which items we appropriate for us. Very friendly and polite.

as soon as we entered the store a friendly greeting was received from the salesman who's name was lee,we explained we needed a new mattress and he guided us through the different types and even put us on the sleepmatch machine in store and gave us the recommended grade of mattress,we were offered a coffee or tea as we browsed,so after his very in depth knowledge and advise we purchased a Tempur cooltouch elite mattress. many thanks to lee and overall shopping experience at the carmarthen store it was a well worth visit.

From the moment we entered the store, we were treated extremely well and feel the service was fantastic. Kelly didn't pounce on us as soon as we entered the shop, or make us feel rushed, she allowed a perfect amount of time for us to have a little browse, then came up to introduce herself and offer her expert assistance at the right time, as only a professional salesperson knows how to do. Kelly listened to our requirements well, analyzed our sleep positions, and showed us a range of mattresses that perfectly matched our requests. She offered us tea or coffee, and had brilliant product knowledge. We requested a chemical free mattress, and Kelly sourced these well and didn't try to push any products that we didn't want or need. She was friendly, warm and approachable. We felt properly looked after, valued and satisfied with our whole experience at Dreams, and felt we had a good deal, and a really successful shopping experience. Kelly also showed us a sofa bed that we enquired about, and we have felt so satisfied with her and her colleagues at Dreams, that we are planning to return to buy the sofa bed. Well done team!
