Very knowledgeable staff. Helpful and took time to explain in great detail the mattresses that were specific to our requirements after being tested on the bed with the digital reading. Would definitely return and so pleased that Dreams has come back to our town.

We were very impressed by the salesman. He was courteous but not overly so, didn't talk down to us in any way, didn't try to talk us into buying something we didn't want and was just generally very pleasant and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and answered all our questions.

Very friendly and well trained lady served us(kelly) in the carmarthen store. We phoned the previous day as we live about an hr away and arranged to use the dreams bed machine. We were shown a number of recommended beds that were best for our needs. Didn't take us long to decide. Kelly was very informative and answered all our questions.

On entering the store we had time to look around by ourselves (no pushy salesmen). Was nice to be asked if we needed any help. Lee, very nice salesman, great personality did not try and sell us top range. Explained clearly the different mattresses available, even explained to us the different bases possible. Easy transaction, plenty of information about delivery. All in all a pleasant visit and would highly recommend Dreams.

My experience of dreams in Carmarthen was a good one. I was looked after by Lee who helped me from the moment I walked in. We used the sleep master to determine what bed is best for me and from that he used the reccomendations to advise me on the best mattresses for me. I ended up with the Tempur comfort Cooltouch Cloud Elite mattress and I was extremely happy with the service at dreams today.
