We were asked our needs and used the sleepmatch bed to find our ideal mattress. Pillows of our choice were provided and drinks were offered, more than once. We were unsure which mattress to purchase and the assistant Luke was polite and helpful, he obviously had a very good knowledge of the mattresses in store. He gave us time alone to discuss and retry the mattresses which was excellent service. We did not at any point feel pushed or obliged to purchase, which we were very grateful for.

Lee in store provided us with an overview of our options. He wasn’t pushy. He came us time to think and processed the order efficiently.

From the moment i walked into the store i was very satisfied, you could try out any bed you liked and not be in a rush. The assistant came over, Lee, who was most welcoming and offered us tea or coffee. He was full of knowledge on everything, let me try out a tempur pillow which would of gone well with the first mattress i liked (and what the very flash computerised bed told what would be best for mine and my partners conditions...this mattress is genius and i wouldn't reccomend any other bed shop which didnt have one or even purchase a mattress online now without going in the store!) Lee was full of knowledge on what was good for what types of aches we have and wasn't pushy to sell quickly like some sales people are which i really appriciated as it takes me time to figure out what one i want to go for. excellent quality mattress with the most luxurious feeling, very reasonable pricing with a bargain 8 year warrentee which came with a free matress protector! Overall super chuffed with this trip and have already told my brother in law he needs to go here as they would sort out what he really needs for his aches and pains! very friendly and pleasent salesmen. A proffessional person served us, polite, tidy, courteous.. Shop tidy, clean and welcoming.

Very friendly staff, we felt very relaxed, called in to look at headboards and left having bought a superking bed with tv in base and mattress. A delicious cup of tea too whilst sorting order!!

Lee who from the beginning was so positive and keen to get the right mattress for us was fantastic. His service with a smile attitude really made the process so easy for us, even though we had explored other options and found a cheaper option online we returned to Lee in the Carmarthen store. If his service was not the way it was we would have potentially gone elsewhere. He made us feel at home and even gave us time to think and have a lye down for a while. His product knowledge was fantastic and he went out of his way to make sure it ran as smooth as possible. I would recommend this store to anyone. One for a fantastic product but secondly for great service and peace of mind. Even after the order Lee and his colleague sent us on our way with a smile. Fantastic service overall. We will be returning.

All my questions were answered and i was given time to try different mattresses in the store

We were recommended by friends to go to Dreams for a new bed. My husband suffers from back pains a lot. After using your computerised bed and the mattress it recommended for him we were given options by Lee, who was extremely helpful, and we hope that we now have the correct bed for his needs. Only time will tell.

Although the storage and colour option we wanted were not available by Dreams the retail assistant Luke was a very knowledgeable sales person and so we could compromise on what we wanted. Bensons for Beds are actually in the next store in Carmarthen and so we compared beds available in that store and although they had the storage option we required the prices were far too high. We therefore returned to Dreams and purchased our bed.
