The gentleman who served us was excellent- he acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store, but left us along until we were ready for help, then he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He even made me coffee - a great touch

Kelly, our sales assistant was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and efficient. She showed us the mattress selecting machine. We thought this tool was fantastic and it really focused our minds on choosing the right mattress for both our health and comfort.
