The place was clean and tidy with a good choice of beds. The young man (Luke) who looked after us was very helpful asking what our requirements were before settling on our chosen bed.

Mainly due to the assistance of the showroom staff, who were helpful, extremely knowledgeable, did not rush us and were not in any way pushy. I would say exemplary.

Kelly and her Team were extremely helpful. They gave good advice and answered all of our queries.

I found Luke, Carmarthen store, very helpful, knowledgeable of the products & i was happy to make a purchase. Lovely shop, great selection of products, all in all a very pleasant experience & Dreams is the only shop that I would be happy to purchase a bed from again in the future as I have done in the past.

Mike the salesman was very welcoming but didn’t pester us when we arrived, all he asked was if we were ok and if we need any help then to ask him which we rather that, I then asked a question a few moments later and he replied straight away and helped us very well, we got what we needed and wasn’t pressured into anything else

Mike was extremely helpful as soon as we arrived. He explained the various options available in the range of mattresses we were looking at. Ordering was easy and delivery expected in just over a week.
