Great staff and products

1st visit was just looking but got chatting to male assistant lee at Carmarthen branch , he encouraged us to try the simulator for best results and correct mattress., we settled on the coolmax tempur elite ... but said thankyou for his time and left ., Searched internet to see if we could find mattress cheaper and couldn’t., I returned next day for a quote for interest free payments., again left with no purchase ., I then discussed with my wife and we decided just to purchase mattress and not purchase tv bed ., Returned Monday 18th Aug with intentions of buying just mattress ., however the sales assistant lee offered me the display model bed with a decent discount and I purchased both tv bed & tempur mattress totalling 349800 ,. Very happy with purchase & got delivery date I wanted and bed assembly when they arrive ., very happy customer

Helpful.frendly. Wish delivery could gave been sooner. Also I think. Something for company to consider When spending x amount .you could at least include pillows

Kelly was very helpful, she showed me different options and was knowledgeable about the products, she showed me how I could mix and match and helpful in the delivery date

Assistance was offered as we entered the store and with the knowledge of the assistant we were able to view the appropiate items. Pillows were provided to test our selected item, after which, a cup of tea was provided as we filled in the necessary paperwork. Payment terms were offered and agreed.Delivery dates were selected and a Saterday option offered and accepted. ( why the extra charge for a normal working day?) A very satisfactory visit. Well done.

We liked the bed machine that assessed how you lie and where your pressure points are that you need support for. This led us to find the perfect mattress very quickly instead of wasting time trying out lots of mattresses. The third mattress we tried was perfect for us. It was also a very hot day and we were offered drinks which was lovely too. The shop assistant was excellent, polite and very helpful.
