The gentleman assistant, Luke , was very helpful and had knowledge of the product , which was a big help in making our choice of product to purchase.

Assistant was busy with other customers when we arrived. He apologised for us having to wait and overall was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable about various products we looked at

Luke Baker and his colleague were very helpful. He sorted out our problem re comfort return, virtually instantly. We have had the mattress delivered and slept on it and have found there to be an immediate improvement. many thanks to Luke and his colleague

Good customer service, found the bed that we were looking for.

The assistant, Kelly, was excellent and should be complimented on her service. However as we won't receive our mattress for a few weeks it's difficult to answer some of these questions in your survey.

Sam, was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. Really listened to what we were saying, a credit to your company. She offered us a drink of tea or coffee, Also water. We were very impressed.
