Your staff member Amy was very informative and explained everything to me in a way which was clear and understandable. Your machine for establishing which firmness of mattress was correct for me was fun to use and surprisingly accurate. The finance process when purchasing was quick and easy and Amy was very efficient with this as well as being pleasant to talk to. The price of the mattress I chose was high but it was the one that felt most comfy for me. so overall i'm very pleased with the service I received. Amy scored highly for me because she was not too pushy in her sales tactics. Helpful but giving us the time and space to test out the products and reach our own conclusions.
