salesman was very helpful .Mattress was what we needed pricewise and suitability. The extras were fantastic and a great help .the product was bought and loaded into the car all in about 15 mins . thanks .

from the moment I was in store Kelly, who was the sails assistant, was really attentive. She asked me to use the sleepmaster to see which mattress would suit my needs best and explained how it worked. When I said that I did not want a temper type mattress she took this into account and did not try to make me buy one. She made me and my parents a coffee while we looked at the mattresses. Kelly showed me 3 options which were best for me but listened when I said I wasn't comfortable instead of trying to make me buy the most expensive mattress (this was my experience in other shops).

Luke was very attentive and friendly. He was highly knowledgable and quickly directed me to the items I was interested in. He even supplied me with a cup of tea whilst I placed my order which was very welcome as there were no cafes in the vicinity and I had had a long journey to get to the store. The choice of mattresses was extensive and they were well displayed.
