Luke, the salesperson, was helpful and informative without being the slightest bit pushy. He showed me the mattress that I was interested in and invited me to try it while he made me a cup of coffee! Once I had decided to go ahead and buy the mattress, Luke efficiently sorted out a delivery day and also offered me a good deal on pillows and a mattress cover. I have already tried out the pillows and they are fantastic. This morning, for the first time in ages, I woke up without any discomfort or pain in my neck! I would be happy to recommend your store in Carmarthen to anyone.

The staff were responsive and very knowledgeable. There was a good selection of products and I found the help given really useful.

I initially tried to purchase the bed online however I didn’t receive any confirmation after selecting the delivery date. I went in to the dreams store in Carmarthen to find out what was happening with the order the staff went over and above to see exactly what was happening and placed a new order for me. I came into your shop in Carmarthen not really knowing what mattress I wanted. The gentleman who assisted me showed me several mattresses, after my partner and I had lain on the 'pressure' bed. He was full of information and made my decision simple. So simple that I have subsequently been back to the store this past weekend and bought another! I was also very delighted that the first time I received a free gift of a mattress protector and the second time 4 pillows, very handy.

Sales assistant Kelly was very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through the service a good price negotiator with plenty of patience advising the best product suitability also overheard another customer come into store to thank Kelly for helping to find a bed which she was very happy with,this helped me to make my purchase with confidence.

On our visit we had lots of attention, however not pushy or too much, and all our questions answered. We went to another store next door to look at their products and were extremely out off by the staff as they were so pushy and not listening to out needs just tried to sell us what they wanted to! We literally ran back to dreams as Amy was fantastic 😊
