Called into the store at Carmarthen during my lunch hour. Dealt with efficiently by Luke who was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. He was working on his own and managed the store with complete professionalism as there were a few customers in the store at the time. A very enjoyable trouble free experience.

The lady that we saw in the store was very helpful, not pushy at all and i would say that was the best customer service i have had for a very long time. very impressed.

The assistant (Kelly Morgan) was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we steppped into the store. She is a credit to Dreams. Everything was explained to us in detail, nothing was too much trouble.

We were welcomed upon arrival to the store where the sales assistant, Sandra, guided us to the sleep match machine in order to detect the best mattress suited to us. I was sceptical at first, however the machine chose a Tempur mattress and after testing it out, I can confirm it was correct indeed. We tried several of the recommendations and all were comfortable, in the end we chose the Tempur cloud elite. We discussed bed frame options and picked the one we wanted along with the mattress and a few other items which were on offer: sheets and mattress protector (after a quick demonstration of it's efficiency). The sales assistant was excellent throughout and gave us a good deal all in all, even getting an interest free option arranged for our convenience. Extra protection for the mattress and bed frame seemed a logical step to protect this investment. Spending approximately a third of our lives sleeping means choosing the correct bed to get the best night's sleep is a must. Dreams made the whole experience of choosing enjoyable and meant we got the correct bed at a great price. We would highly recommend anyone considering a new bed to visit the store and have a chat with Sandra.

Kelly was extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Throughout our visit she answered questions, took her time with demonstrations and compared and contrasted different options. We were offered drinks and made to feel welcome and valued. I even git to use some crayons to draw pictures. Throughout our purchasing journey we were looked after with good old personal customer care.
