The assistant was very qualified with the knowledge of the product and was not pushy, but let us take all the time we wanted. She was friendly and pleasant. A very nice assistant.

Both Luke & Arabella who served me instore were polite & courteous, Luke even made me a cup of tea while I was making my decision on what to purchase. They were both very knowledgeable, didn't put me under any pressure to make any snap decisions, and Luke remembered that there were two free pillows available with my purchase, which he showed Arabella how to find on your systems. Great service, very happy.

Kelly Morgan, your colleague who tended to us was polite, courteous and her product knowledge was excellent. Her enthusiasm for her job, desire to serve and meet our needs and commitment to extolling the quality of the products was obviously genuine. A breath of fresh air when compaired to some of the sales assistants we experienced in other establishments. She listened attentatively to our needs and requirements and matched them perfectly with a suitable mattress and pillows. She wasn’t pushy or aggressive in any way but skill fully guided us to a perfect match and solution. We are happy to recommend Dreams and Kelly unreservedly to friends and family and will not hesitate to return in the future.

Kelly the sales assistant was very knowledgable about the products, very helpful in finding the correct bed for us , we were so impressed with her as a person , we decided to buy a bed there & then. We would definitely recommend this store because of kelly, she is an asset to the company.
