I knew what I was looking for & only went into the store for a look. The sales adviser Arabella was helpful, informative, friendly & funny, she was extremely helpful.

Kelly Morgan was helpful,knowledgeable and very friendly.She made us feel very much and ease with no pressure applied.The welcoming offer of a cup of coffee was appreciated.

The sales person was very helpful, made suggestions and recommendations on what we needed the bed for, guest room and added the choice of drawers for the small room we are putting the bed into.

We were welcome by a very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly assistant who let us try a machine to test and assess what king of bed would be most suitable. She explained the technology and what we should look for choosing a new bed. very interesting and it all made sense. A very good experience and pleased with our choice of mattress.
