I was dreading shopping for 2 mattresses, I had been looking on line. I wasn't at all sure as to what type of mattresses I needed or wanted. Price was a consideration too. I visited Carmarthen & first entered another showroom, a competitor of yours & had a look & walk around but left fairly quickly. I then entered your salesroom. Amy a sales lady greeted me & I explained I was looking for 2 mattresses etc. She politely asked a few questions, suggested I try the ''bed contraption(my words)'' which soon suggested a range of mattresses suitable to me. Amy then showed me them, suggested I try them out, explained a bit about the difference in construction. She asked my preferences made several suggestions. She also worked out price comparisons for me. I chose the dearer option in the end. I was very pleased with how Amy handled my enquiry, she was professional, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust her to serve my interests & she wasn't just interested in making a sale. I would not hesitate to purchase from Dreams again. The process was efficient & yet personal. Delivery followed in a few days & I was pleased not to have to wait weeks for delivery.

The store had a friendly warm atmosphere and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We were offered refreshments and given ever assistance when we were trying out the firmness of the mattresses. Thank you especially to Chris for all his help, we will certainly be interested in using your Carmarthen store again.
