I don’t class highly satisfied as a reason, prefer satisfied myself. Great service from a lovely young lady, pleasant and not pushy.

The reason for not being 'highly' satisfied is not a reflection on the sales person, they did a wonderful job. I would have liked more written information available on the mattresses themselves so I could read and review the information myself.
