Generally satisfied with the service, the assistant was very approachable, friendly & knowledgeable and not pushy at all with the purchase which we liked. But we did feel that the delivery time frame was much longer than we would have liked on this occasion, however we do acknowledge that we are in the middle of a pandemic and things are going to take a little longer.

Went to the store hoping to spend £300 maximum on a king size mattress. Had a look around and I think there was only 2 under that price. We decided to go to the bed store next door. As we were about to leave an assistant came over and asked a few questions. After about 5 minutes we were talked into trying the bed machine. After a few questions we lay on the bed and the machine did it’s thing. We then had a print out of our 3 most suited mattresses. I was a bit sceptical especially when the first one was nearly £2000. The next two were just over half that. At that time we were not interested because of the cost but we were told that we could pay a 20% deposit and spread the rest over 10,20 or 30 months which made it a lot more appealing. After a quick chat with the wife we decided to go for it seeing as my wife is in a lot of pain after sleeping on our current mattress. After all the paperwork we had to wait 10 days for delivery. I am still feeling a bit gutted that I’m paying £1200 for a mattress though. I hope it’s worth it.
