We have been looking for a new mattress and the choice online is just to much and we didn’t know where to start but all this was taken care of in store and made our purchase so much easier than we expected

Kelly was extremely helpful and guided me through the mattresses the 'machine's suggested.

The young lady was on her own, she was very attentive, even though there were two separate purchases (one for me and one for my Dad). She took the time to offer us coffee and bottled water. We both went on the mattress chooser machine separately. I don’t feel hurried or pressured. Delightful experience

Staff were very friendly and understood what we needed, they gave us a pillow to ensure the best comfort when trying each mattress and we were offered to try the mattress identifying machine to see what best suited our bodies. We were offered a bottle of water and we were given full attention as well as time to discuss at the store before going ahead with our purchase.
